For Out of State (Non-NJ Resident) the only fee beyond that will be a $51 title fee. These fees are non-negotiable. This fee includes a 20 Day Temporary Tag and processing. New Jersey Residents are required to pay the actual cost of registering the vehicle; this ranges between $135 and $170 depending on the vehicle and if there is a lien on the title. Any overage charged will be refunded after the title work is complete. This price difference is due to the state of NJ raising their prices. NJ Residents are also required to pay 6.625% sales tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-residents are not subject to the NJ sales tax. 8) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are the legal owner of every vehicle we sell unless specified otherwise, we are not responsible if there is a delay in the title work that is out of our control. No title is sent until the full balance owed is paid. Verify with the shipper for an estimate time of arrival to be sure. Again, Miracle Autosport is not the shipper; we just help you to facilitate plans. 10) Finalizing your Purchase: Buyer MUST communicate with Miracle Autosport by e-mail or phone (609)587-1986 to make arrangements to complete their transaction and leave a deposit ($500 unless otherwise agreed). This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the agreement to purchase. We reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer before purchase is secured. We will use all available recourse to recover lost fees. Deposit will be in the amount of $500.00 by major credit card, cash in person, or bank certified funds (no refunds on deposit unless the car is found to be not as advertised). Balance of payment is due within 5 business days/ If Deposit is made but payment is not finalized in time allowed in these terms then the car may be relisted and your deposit will be forfeited to Miracle Autosport unless other arrangements have been made with us. If your not familiar with the equus do some checking. This a Hyundai luxury car with unreal power. The price on this car in 2013 was over $60,000. A radio system that is awesome. Rear window automatic shades. FULL power options, Beautiful leather interior, Sun roof, Rear seat radio and climate control on the arm rest. Seat Massage just to name a few things. It way at the top end of luxury cars. Excellent body and interior. Good tires. For what ever reason this car has a salvage title. There are photos of it before the repairs were made. The Only replaced parts were a fender and Bumper Cover & Grill. I know of no issues or anything that does not work. The Only damage underneath was a ball joint, tie rod end and control arm?. New alignment and parts makes it drive like a dream. The glass on the left mirror is cracked. Sorry There is only 1 key fob. 2011 Hyundai Equus Signature This is an excellent condition 2011 Hyundai Equus Signature with almost 84,000 miles. This is an excellent car. Given that they have moved the Equus line to Genesis I decided I did not want to wait and upgraded to the Ultimate 2016 model so I could ensure another decade with one You won't be disappointed with this vehicle. It not only boasts the size of a Cadillac, it has a 4.8L V8 with amazing acceleration. It has been gently owned as a family vehicle so it has small imperfections but still looks amazing both inside and out. The audio system is Lexicon and the surround sound is excellent.
